Tonga has 4G in Nuku'alofa and across much of Tongatapu, and in Neiafu on Vava'u. Beyond the main towns it's a mix of 3G and 4G, patchier again in Ha'apai and 'Eua, and many of the smaller outer islands have little or no signal. Tonga also relies on a single undersea cable - in 2022 a volcanic eruption cut it for weeks - so both mobile data and resort Wi-Fi can be slower than you're used to.
